2) Must be sensitive to struggles in the African American community and issues pertaining to people of color.
3) Must be able to describe financial hardship and need for funds in order to continue studies to graduation.
4) Must include a statement about community service or a letter of recommendation from members of community organizations in support of nomination. - Major: Single: History with an emphasis in Latin America
