E4FC New American Scholars Program

  • Scholarship Intent: Provide financial awards and support services to low-income immigrant college students who live or attend school in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Criteria:
    1) Foreign-born, financial need or attending college in the SF Bay Area. Do not have permanent residency or citizenship in the U.S.. Current or intended enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in the upcoming academic year.
    2) Must fulfilled previous or intended graduation from a San Francisco Bay Area high school, or current or expected enrollment in a San Francisco Bay Area college or university.
    3) Demonstrated academic preparation and community/ extracurricular involvement.
    4) SF Bay Area: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo Counties.
