Tzu Chi Scholarship

• Scholarship Intent: To recognize and provide financial assistance to outstanding college-bound high school graduates.
• Criteria:
  1) A copy of one of the three following documents demonstrating financial need and showing the name of the applicant:
  Family’s complete 2016 1040 U.S. Income Tax Return including all schedules, or
  Family’s complete 2015 1040 U.S. Income Tax Return including all schedules and most recent 2016 W-2 and 1099, or
  Any official documentation which serves as proof of financial hardship
  2) U.S. High School graduate or equivalent.
  3) Applicant will enroll in an accredited U.S. college full-time for the upcoming academic year.
  4) Applicant demonstrates financial need for college tuition and related expenses.
