• Scholarship Intent: To award scholarships to graduating high school senior girls or women returning to school who have demonstrated community service or have a financial need.

  1) Must be female.
  2) Must demonstrate community service or have financial need.
  3) Preference given to Troy residents.
  4) A special scholarship—The Donna Smith Scholarship—will be awarded to a deserving woman or graduating senior who has demonstrated community service experience and is pursuing a degree in business or accounting.
