• Criteria:
  1) Planning to enroll or enrolled in two-or-four-year college or vocational school as a full-time student.
  2) United States citizen or eligible non-citizen. Eligible non-citizens include United States legal residents and AB 540 students.
  3) Current graduating high school senior in San Mateo County, San Francisco County or Santa Clara County.
  4) Demonstrate financial hardship.
  5) Community involvement.
