Princeton Prize in Race Relations

  • Scholarship Intent: Princeton University sponsors annual awards for high school students to recognize, support, and encourage the young people of our country who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the cause of positive race relations.
  • Criteria:
    1) This application must be completed by the candidate for the Princeton Prize and his or her supporter.
    2) The supporter must be a teacher, adviser, community or religious leader, or other adult not related to the candidate who knows about the candidate’s participation in the activity described in this application.
    3) Students in grades 9-12 are eligible to apply.
    4) The candidate must have been actively involved in a volunteer activity in the last 12 months that has had a significant, positive impact on race relations, broadly defined, in his or her school or community.
