Marine Corps Scholarship

  • Scholarship Intent: To provide scholarships for post-high school education to deserving sons and daughters of Marines with particular attention given to children whose parent has been killed or wounded in action.
  • Criteria:
    1) Must be the child/step-child of one of the following:
    a) Active Duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Marine*
    b) A Marine killed while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
    c) Active duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Navy Corpsman who is/was attached to a U.S. Marine Corps unit or who was killed while serving with a U.S. Marine Corps unit*
    d) A U.S. Navy Chaplain or Religious Programs Specialist who is/was attached to a U.S. Marine Corps unit or who was killed while serving with a U.S. Marine Corps unit*
    2) Family adjusted gross income for the 2020 tax year that does not exceed $106,000. Non-taxable allowances are not included in the adjusted gross income.
    3) Attending or planning to attend a college or career training school listed on the National Center for Education Statistic’s College Navigator website in the 2021-22 academic year.
