Scholarship Intent: This scholarship was established to support those SYNNEX employees, past employees and dependents that choose to further their personal leadership development through higher education for the future prosperity of the globalized world.
Criteria:
1) Applicant must be a current, past, or legal dependent of a current or past employee of SYNNEX Corporation or its subsidiaries who left in good standing; current or past employees must have been employed for a minimum of three years at time of award.
2) Applicant must plan to attend, have been accepted or be enrolled on a full-time basis at a four year college/university ranked as a top college/university. Contact organization for list of eligible colleges/universities.
3) Must demonstrate leadership qualities through activities in school, community or social service activities.
4) Selections based on academic achievement, leadership qualities as evidenced by personal statement, letters of reference, school and community activities, and financial need.
