• Scholarship Intent: To assist California high school students of Filipino heritage in pursuing a college education.
• Criteria:
  1) Must be of Filipino heritage – at least 50 percent.
  2) Must plan to attend a four-year college or university.
  3) Demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, personal strengths, potential, and motivation.
  4) Must be from one of the following counties:
  Northern California Counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Merced, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco,
  San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus or Yolo
  Southern California Counties: Los Angeles, Orange or San Diego
  5) Renewable
