Handlery Family Scholarship

This Scholarship is to be awarded for the Spring 2027 semester. Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in at least 3-units in the Spring 2027 semester.

  • Awarding Department: Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management
  • Scholarship Intent: The purpose of the Handlery Family Scholarship is to assist promising students in Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management as they work toward graduating and obtaining their degree.
  • Criteria:
    Majors or minors within Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management with self-declared financial need. Preference shall be given to applicants involved with student organizations in HTEM and/or the Lam Family College of Business.
  • Major: Single: Hospitality, Tourism and Event Management Majors & Minors
  • Class Level: Undergrad: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior & Senior
  • Enrollment Status: Continuing SF State student
  • Enrollment Requirement: Undergrad: 3 UNITS
  • Financial Need as determined by the FAFSA and/or CA Dream App: No.
  • Citizenship: Any.
  • GPA: Undergrad GPA: 2.0
