Kathleen Fraser Memorial Scholarship in Poetry

Scholarship Award Period: This scholarship will be awarded in the SPRING semester.

• Awarding Department: College of Liberal & Creative Arts
• Scholarship Intent: To support graduate students in creative Writing who are interested in engaging with the Poetry Center’s archival collections and public programs.One award of $5,000 per year.
• Criteria: Applicants submit a one- to two-page statement of intent where the applicant describes how they will engage with the resources of the Poetry Center—both Archives and live events—to develop their own creative work. In addition to the statement, applicants submit twelve pages of poetry to be submitted with the application.
• Major: Single: MA & MFA Creative Writings Majors
