Bruce & Marie Rosenblatt Scholarship in Community Service Learning

Scholarship Award Period: This scholarship will be awarded for the upcoming Academic Year.

• Awarding Department: College of Science & Engineering
• Scholarship Intent: To reward students for their service to the community while supporting their educational goals. This scholarship will assist & recognize SF State Students in good academic standing majoring within the College of Science & Engineering who have engaged in or are engaged in community service.
• Criteria:
  1. Have engaged in or are engaged in community service learning through classes using this methodology or in community service that has a relationship to their major.
  2. Completed at a minimum of 50 hours of community service learning or community service while a student at SF State.

• Class Level: Undergrad: Freshman, Sophomore, Junior & Senior; Grad: 2nd BA & Masters/MFA
• Enrollment Status: Continuing and entering students.
• Enrollment Requirement: Undergrad: 6 UNITS; Grad: 4 UNITS
• Financial Need as determined by the FAFSA and/or CA Dream App: No.
• Citizenship: Multiple: Biology, Chemistry/Biochemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics/Astronomy, Psychology, School of the Environment.
