SF State College of Business Scholarship

This Scholarship is to be awarded for the Fall 2026 semester. Scholarship recipient must be enrolled in at least 9-units in the Fall 2026 semester.

These scholarships are being awarded in memory of Mr. Brian D. Dell (MBA, ’78). After receiving a Regents Scholarship, Mr. Dell completed a BA in Business Economics within three years from UC Santa Barbara in 1976. He completed an MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University in 1978 and subsequently maintained a successful career as a Financial/Financial Systems Analyst working for Oral-B Labs, Intel Corp, and Vespa of America. He retired in in Goleta, CA where he lived quietly until his passing. He enjoyed reading (especially American History and various short stories and novels) and gardening in the beautiful climate of Goleta.
