Jenny Low Chang was an Asian American student attending SF State in the late 1970s. She was a high achiever who viewed life as a series of challenges to be overcome and was a woman who met each of those challenges successfully. As a biology major, she was passionate about science and medicine and hoped to become an orthodontist. That dream was never realized, when her life came to a tragic end on the morning of September 12, 1977. As of today, her murder remains unsolved. Associated Students is supporting the scholarship award to honor her memory
