Wilbur Eugene Endowed Scholarship Fund

The Fund is named after Wilbur Eugene Smith who valued education and attended classes in the theatre arts program at San Francisco State University in the late 1970s. Mr. Smith was a great friend and thoroughly enjoyed the arts. Mr. Smith was the first in his family to go to college and earned a bachelor’s degree in drama in 1980.
