  2) Applicant (or applicant’s parents or grandparents) must be a descendant from at least one of the following countries: Spain, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Dominican Republic.
  3) Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident or be granted DACA.
