  • Scholarship Intent: The Bay Area Advertising Relief Committee (BAARC) is establishing this scholarship at the request of the Northern California Broadcasting Association (NCBA). BAARC’s goals are to provide mentoring, career, and life assistance for individuals involved in the media industry universe. The intent of this scholarship is to support a Broadcast and Electronic Communication Arts student with their education. The goal is to provide resources to support that student as they begin their career trajectory.
  • Criteria:
    1) Recipient must have been a resident of one of the Bay Area counties for two years prior to the semester in which they are awarded the scholarship.
    2) Submission of a one page maximum statement describing financial need and educational goals.
